Indiana lawmakers reign in Hoosier Lottery’s online plans

Lawmakers in Indiana have stepped in to prevent the Hoosier Lottery from offering games over the internet without prior legislative approval.

The proposal is in response to plans by the state lottery and its partner, International Game Technology (IGT), to offer lottery draw games for sale online, as well online scratch games.
