Chile could become the next Latin American country to regulate online sports betting following the introduction of new legislation this week.
The bill introduced Monday would establish a competitive online betting market for both local and foreign operators, and would bring an end to the current situation where a number of illegal online betting operators are already offering services to players in Chile.
