Lawmakers in Minnesota progressed two sports betting bills this week that would authorise online wagering.
Both bills would allow the state to award two master sports betting licenses to applicant organisations comprised of two or more Indian Tribes, with the master licensees in turn allowed to partner with up to seven mobile sports betting operators, which must also be Indian Tribes.
