Financial transactions with unlicensed online gambling operators will be prohibited under a new bill introduced in Brazil last week.
The payment blocking proposal is aimed at illegal online gambling websites in Brazil, as well as sites featuring underage pornography.
The draft bill before the House of Representatives would see the Central Bank of Brazil establish rules to prevent financial transactions between consumers and providers of illegal content in the country.
