The Australian state of Queensland has introduced tougher new laws to increase scrutiny and improve the integrity of the state’s land-based casinos.
The proposed legislation by the Palaszczuk Government will increase regulatory scrutiny and require casinos to introduce specific measures to reduce gambling harm and combat money-laundering.
