A court in the Netherlands has upheld an appeal by a local gaming operator that was denied a licence to offer betting and lottery games in retail.
The ruling by the East Brabant District Court relates to a decision in 2022 by Dutch gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), denying a licence for land-based betting, lotteries and instant games to local operator JVH Gaming & Entertainment.
