BMM Testlabs expands African presence with Botswana and Nigeria approvals

Independent gaming certification lab BMM Testlabs has been approved to provide compliance testing, inspections and certification services in Botswana and Nigeria.

The company secured licences for the land-based and digital gaming markets in the two African nations from the Botswana Gambling Authority and the National Lottery Regulatory Commission in Nigeria.

BMM now holds six licences to provide end-to-end product testing and certification in Africa, having opened its office in South Africa in October 2004.

“We are honored that the gaming authorities in Botswana and Nigeria have demonstrated their trust in BMM to license use for product testing and certification,” said BMM senior vice president for Africa Zeena Rossouw. “As regulation gains momentum across the continent, the African gaming market offers even more promise for BMM.
