Casino games provider Boldplay has secured approval from the Michigan Gaming Control Board for a full Internet Gaming Supplier Licence.
This full licence is an upgrade from the provisional licence that the company was awarded in April 2024 and also marks the provider’s first full state launch in the United States.
Boldplay’s games have been available in the Wolverine State via an exclusive agreement with BetMGM, which was signed in May.
The Michigan approval adds to Boldplay’s licences the United Kingdom, Gibraltar, Malta, Romania, Peru, Buenos Aires (Argentina), and other jurisdictions.
“Securing a full gaming supplier licence in Michigan is a significant milestone for our business and reflects our commitment to providing top-tier gaming content in regulated markets,” said Boldplay CEO Valli Fragoso.
“We have been thrilled by the positive reception from Michigan players and look forward to continuing our successful partnership with BetMGM in the state.”
