Michigan’s Gaming Control Board has set out the terms and conditions for operating online and mobile advance deposit wagering (ADW) in the state.
The order issued by Michigan Gaming Control Board executive director Richard S. Kalm sets out the terms and conditions for obtaining a license and associated fees to allow ADW operators to offer pari-mutuel wagering on the results of live or simulcast horse races, when racing resumes.
