French betting and gaming operator PMU has been hit with a €900,000 penalty by France's Competition Authority for failing to separate its retail and online horse race betting liquidity.
The competition authority had ordered PMU to split its online and offline horse racing liquidity in February 2014 after finding that operator's retail monopoly gave it an unfair advantage online.
