Lottery and gaming operator Tenlot Group has acquired a gaming platform to enable online lottery sales and real-time marketing and bonusing.

The PI Gaming platform acquisition gives Tenlot a feature rich B2B2C platform that offers players the opportunity to play individually or in groups and acquire lottery tickets, receive instant results notifications and play instant win games.

The platform also offers enhanced marketing capabilities such as real-time campaign management, bonusing tools and loyalty programs, alongside responsible gaming tools.

“With this important transaction, we are able to significantly increase the volume of new, innovative content and marketing tools in our portfolio. TENLOT plans to leverage its offerings in all its markets and particularly those in which there is advanced use of mobile wallets and extensive retail activity,” said Tenlot chief executive Yossi Abadi.
