Hong Kong-listed lottery provider AGTech Holdings has won sports lottery terminal supply contracts in the Chinese provinces of Jiangsu and Heilongjiang.

The bids to supply lottery terminals to the Sports Lottery Administration Centers in both provinces were won by the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing AGTech GOT Technology Co, further strengthening the company’s position in China’s sports lottery hardware market.

So far this year, the company has secured six hardware tenders to supply lottery terminals in the Chinese provinces of Tianjin, Hainan, Guangxi, Guizhou, Anhui and Beijing.

“So far, AGTech GOT has already won many tenders in various provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across China, further reaffirming our hardware division's continued dedication to and leading position in China's lottery industry, said AGTech chairman and CEO John Sun.

“AGTech will continue to enhance product innovation, ensure safety and R&D compliance, and contribute to the overall healthy development of China's lottery market.”

Shares in AGTech Holdings Limited (HKG:8279) closed up 2.94 per cent at HK$0.35 per share in Hong Kong Tuesday.
