Online gaming operator Gamesys has successfully defended itself against complaints that a Facebook advertisement for its online bingo game Bingo Friendzy could be of particular appeal to children, with the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) finding that age restrictions employed by the company are sufficient to prevent exposure to minors.
The ASA investigated the ad after receiving two complaints about the Facebook ad which featured the headline “Bingo Friendzy ... World's First Real Cash Games on [...]
