America’s Advertising Self-Regulatory Council (ASRC) has stepped into a dispute between US fantasy sports operators DraftKings and FanDuel, recommending that DraftKings discontinue its claim of being the “largest US-based” fantasy sports site.
The recommendation by the ASRC’s National Advertising Division (NAD) follows a complaint by FanDuel, which is considered to be the biggest US fantasy sports operator, both in terms of number of users and size of prize pools.
