Premier League side Crystal Palace FC have signed a record-breaking shirt sponsorship deal with Asian-facing betting and gaming operator ManBetX.

Having just announced Frank de Boer as its new manager, the club also unveiled ManBetX as its new shirt sponsor for the upcoming 2017/18 season.

Based in the Philippines, ManBetX was founded in 2007 with its sportsbook site powered and managed by Vivaro Limited under Malta and UK gaming licences.

The multi-year deal will see the ManBetX logo feature across the club’s shirt, and promoted as main sponsor across all the club's media channels online and offline, in the UK and internationally.

"We are delighted to welcome ManBetX as the club's official shirt sponsor," said Crystal Palace FC chairman Steve Parish. "The continued growth of our international fanbase and the attraction of Premier League makes the club an attractive partner for ManBetX, and our growing reach around the world gives ManBetX an ideal platform to continue its own brand growth."

A ManBetX spokesman commented: "It's a hugely exciting time to partner with a high profile Premier League team like Crystal Palace FC.

"We're certain Crystal Palace provides us with the platform to move to new heights and are looking forward to engaging with the cub's ever growing fanbase in the UK and worldwide. We're looking forward to the 2017/18 Premier League season."
