Online betting exchange Betfair has signed a cross-platform agreement with Ireland’s public service broadcaster RTÉ, under which it will sponsor RTÉ Sport’s coverage of horse racing across RTÉ Television, RTÉ Radio 1 and RTÉ.ie.
RTÉ Television broadcasts 23 days of live Irish racing coverage each year featuring racing days of all the major festivals, with live television coverage also simulcast on RTÉ.ie within the Republic of Ireland.
