Germany’s Tipp24 has re-launched its online lottery brokerage business in Germany under a new brand, having been forced to exit the market at the end of 2008 following the implementation of the German State Treaty on Gaming.
The re-launch in Germany has been made possible following the passing of new gaming legislation in the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein, which once again allows the online brokerage of state-run lotteries.
