PokerStars deal for Full Tilt lets company back into the US

PokerStars has agreed to buy Full Tilt Poker for a total of $731m and reached a settlement with the US authorities as part of the deal.

PokerStars will pay the US Department of Justice $547m for all the assets of Full Tilt and it will pay $184m directly to former players from the rest of the world within 90 days.
