Online gaming operator bwin.party digital entertainment has made peace with SpringOwl, agreeing to involve the activist investor in the process to appoint its new directors.
Ahead of the company's Annual General Meeting which took place earlier today in Gibraltar, bwin.party said that in light of its announcement last week that it would look to appoint three new directors to the board by the end of 2014, SpringOwl would now be closely involved in that selection process.
