Ladbrokes is stepping up its search for additional directors to join the board after appointing John Kelly as its new chairman.
Kelly has taken over as chairman from Peter Erskine, who announced his decision to leave the operator in May and formally stood down yesterday (December 3rd). Kelly will also serve as chairman of Ladbrokes Coral following the completion of the planned merger.
