New York-listed gaming supplier Inspired Entertainment has announced that chief executive and co-founder Luke Alvarez is leaving the company following management restructuring that sees Lorne Weil take charge as executive chairman.
The reason for Alvarez's departure has not been made public, with the company stating that the terms of his departure are still being finalised.
He will be replaced by Weil, who takes on the newly-created role of executive chairman, overseeing the day-to-day management of the company.
