New York-listed International Game Technology (IGT) has strengthened its board with the appointment of Samantha Ravich as an independent director.
Ravich joins the board with immediate effect and has also been appointed to IGT's nominating and corporate governance committees.
She is an experienced security and technology entrepreneur and advisor and currently chairs the Washington DC-based Center on Cyber and Technology Innovation at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, and its Transformative Cyber Innovation Lab.
