NJ regulator issues $158,536 in penalties for iGaming violations

New Jersey’s Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) has handed out $158,536 in fines and penalties to licensed iGaming operators and suppliers including SG Digital, William Hill, GAN, Gaming Innovation Group and PokerStars.

The DGE filed a complaint in August seeking a sanction against SG Digital for deploying versions of three online slot games that were not the versions tested and approved by the regulator.
