Sweden-licensed gaming operators Genesis Global and AG Communications have had their fines reduced on appeal by the administrative court of Linköping.
Genesis Global and Aspire Global subsidiary AG Communications were fined SEK4m and SEK3m respectively earlier this year for failing to have a functioning connection with Spelpaus.se for a short period of time.
Connecting with Spelpaus, Sweden’s national self-exclusion system for gambling, is a central requirement of Swedish gambling legislation designed to protect at-risk players.
