GI Games Round-up: Featuring Playtech, Nolimit City, Swintt and more

This week's round-up features new games from the likes of Playtech, Nolimit City, Realistic Games and iSoftBet.

Playtech’s Midnight Wilds

Playtech’s Origins studio has launched its latest slot game, Midnight Wilds.

The 3x5 slot with 243 paylines takes players under the stars with a modern visual style. The Wheel of Luck feature adds additional intrigue to the game as players have the option to buy free games (optional) and then gamble to receive as many as 40 free games at a time.

Random Wilds add another level to the game, ensuring that gameplay never feels repetitive, especially in a ‘ways’ game.

The slot has been inspired by the success of Playtech's customizable content such as Kingdoms Rise, and the popularity of the Random Wilds mechanic.

Nolimit City’s Harlequin Carnival

Nolimit City is taking players on a Venice carnival inspired adventure with its latest release Harlequin Carnival.

Harlequin Carnival features the return of the provider's xNudge mechanic in a 3x5 classic reel setup with 20 pay-lines and a max potential return of 5871x the bet.

The slot also includes the Harlequin Respin feature, with players that land the lucky lady able to nudge multipliers and walk to the left to collect wins. Collecting three bonus symbols sees players enter the Harlequin Bonus, where every walk increases the multiplier and allows for more Harlequins to land.

iSoftBet’s Majestic Megaways

iSoftBet has released its latest slot to feature Big Time Gaming’s Megaways mechanic with the launch of safari adventure game Majestic Megaways.

Set deep in the African Savanna, the six-reel slot features 117,649 ways to win through the Megaways mechanic. If full moons land on the reels they act as mystery symbols, transforming into the same symbol to help trigger mammoth wins.

The main feature is triggered by landing four or more diamond Bonus symbols on the reels, triggering 12 free spins. Each extra diamond will add a further five spins, while a progressive win multiplier increases with every cascading win.

Majestic Megaways will also be the first iSoftBet title to feature a Bonus Buy option in applicable markets, allowing players to instantly trigger the Free Spins round. The Majestic Bet costs 75 x total bet and will guarantee to spin in at least four Bonus symbols, and award Free Spins.

Realistic Games’ Hot Cross Bunnies - Game Changer

Realistic Games has released Hot Cross Bunnies - Game Changer, a revamp of its original Hot Cross Bunnies slot title.

The new 5-reel, 20-fixed line slot is the second game to include the Game Changer bonus round, which is triggered by boxed symbols landing around the edge of the reels to create a game board.

During the round, players roll the dice to move from square to square, landing on symbols that determine the prize awarded. Those displaying a Pink Bunny, Bell or Fruit will then spin the bonus slot and award three, four or five of a kind of that symbol. Players should look to avoid the Take Prize symbol as this will end the bonus round.

If a Game Changer feature is activated with reels one and five showing three Pink Bunny symbols on each, it is impossible to lose and the player will keep travelling around the board and collecting prizes until they have reached the maximum pay out of 1000x their stake.

AvatarUX’s PopRocks

AvatarUX has released PopRocks, the debut title in its PopWins series and the second through its partnership with Yggdrasil and the YG Masters programme.

PopRocks unleashes mystical gems with powers that pop and multiply, expanding to a maximum win potential of 72,188x bet and up to 33,614 ways to win.

PopRocks is the first game to use the innovative new PopWins mechanic, where winning symbols ‘pop’ and are replaced with two new symbols and expanding reels, giving players the chance of epic wins.

Swintt’s Golden 888

Swintt has rolled out the latest title in its Swintt Lite series of games with the release of Golden 888.

Golden 888 features either 3x or 9x multipliers on winning combinations with one or two Wild symbols.

Live 5 has expanded its portfolio with the launch of Billy Gone Wild.
