Finnish iGaming platform provider Finnplay has launched its new player engagement tool, Engagement Manager.
The new tool combines smart player segmentation with campaign automation and real-time analytics, allowing operators to create custom player groups, segmented by behaviour and deliver messages, campaigns and bonuses via automated actions.
The messages are delivered via email, SMS and push notification using integrated service providers. Operators can also set up graphical dashboards fed by real-time data to analyse results and improve future campaigns, player segments, triggers and bonus offerings.
Engagement Manager has been developed in partnership with Finnish iGaming software provider Gaming Crafts Oy, utilising its flagship OptiKPI marketing automation tool.
