GameAccount back office system re-aligned for US casino operators

29th July 2014 7:13 am GMT

UK-listed online gaming technology provider GameAccount Network has announced the launch of its redesigned iSight back office system, which has been developed specifically for the needs of US operators looking to drive online players back into their land-based casino properties.

The newly re-engineered iSight back office has been developed for operators utilising GameAccount’s GameSTACK internet gaming solution and SENSE3 mobile gaming solution. The system allows operators to manage their customers’ accounts and implement cutting-edge marketing promotions designed to encourage increased visitation to their casino properties.

The company’s CEO Dermot Smurfit said that the system was the product of its internal development team working "hand-in-glove" with casino operators in the US.

“Back office systems are not all alike. All too often an iGaming provider’s back office seeks to ring-fence online players away from land-based casino operations,” said Smurfit. “Our back office system offers compelling convergence capabilities learned from hard-earned experience of creating online-to-property ecosystems where playing online for virtual money becomes as natural as playing on-property for real money.”

The system has been comprehensively redesigned to be aligned with the needs of US operators, and includes enhanced bonusing functionalities, integrated marketing and reporting tools, and robust Casino Management System (CMS) integration controls courtesy of iBridge.

GameAccount’s patent-pending iBridge, part of its GameSTACK system, links to any third party CMS, business intelligence tools, and loyalty club programs, enabling casino operators to implement diverse marketing promotions across desktop and mobile internet devices capable of being redeemed online or on-property.

iSight Back Office supports both virtual currency-based Simulated Gaming, the company’s free-play offering, as well as real-money regulated gaming, and also allows operators to implement diverse promotions of their iGaming offering triggered by customers’ presence in precise zones created within the casino property

“Which iGaming back office to embrace is the single most important decision for any US casino operator when seeking to deliver their business online,” continued Smurfit. “Our unique back office is now demonstrably driving adoption of our enterprise iGaming solutions among sophisticated US casino operators looking to commit to a single core technology platform.”

Shares in GameAccount Network plc (Co. Data) (AIM:GAME) are currently trading at 93.00 pence per share in London this morning.
