Rational Group’s PokerStars has agreed a partnership with the Morongo Band of Mission Indians and California’s three largest card clubs to launch online poker when legislation is passed in the US state.
PokerStars will act as a sub-contractor for the Morongo tribe and the Commerce Club, Hawaiian Gardens and Bicycle Casino card rooms.
It will provide its online poker platform and related services for a real-money poker site that will be licensed, owned and operated by an entity created by the tribe and card clubs.
