Amaya Gaming Group's recent acquisitions have helped it achieve a 156 per cent year-on-year increase in revenues for the second quarter of 2013, but expenses in the period increased by a higher rate, resulting in a net loss of CAD$11.44m for the period.

Revenue for the three month period ended June 30th amounted to $37.25m compared to $14.54m a year ago, driven by the acquisitions of Ongame Network and Cadillac Jack in November 2012.
