Spanish state-lottery operator Sociedad Estatal de Loterías y Apuestas del Estado (LAE) generated total sales of €8.78bn during 2015, representing growth of 4 per cent compared to the previous year and its first positive result after six years of decline.
LAE said that it benefited from the performance of all its products, with the Lotería Nacional, La Primitiva and BonoLoto games performing particularly well.
