Greek lottery and gaming systems provider Intralot has increased its stake in Turkish online gaming operator Bilyoner to assume a controlling interest in the business.
Intralot said Tuesday that it has entered into an agreement to exercise its right to acquire an additional 25.01 per cent shareholding in the operator, which is authorised to offer sports betting and national lottery games such as SporToto and Milli Piyango online throughout Turkey.
