Private Austrian investment company B&C Industrieholding has sold its minority stake in part-state-owned gaming operator Österreichischen Lotterien (ÖLG) to NOVOMATIC for an undisclosed sum.
B&C described NOVOMATIC as a globally recognised, highly successful gaming technology business, and said that it was the best possible buyer for its 7.94 per cent stake.
“ÖLG and its associated companies can benefit greatly from NOVOMATIC’s expertise,” the company said.
