Barcelona-based Win Systems is positioning itself as an omni-channel provider of systems solutions following its acquisition of Slovenia-based gaming machine manufacturer and games developer Gold Club.
The acquisition will enable Win Systems to offer both lottery and casino clients a range of end-to-end solutions including casino management systems, VLTs, electronic gaming machines and electronic table games.
It will also double the company's headcount to over 300 staff across Europe, South Africa and the Americas.
