Betsson will complete the acquisition of NetPlay TV tomorrow (March 31st) after meeting all of the completion conditions, with the UK-facing interactive TV gaming operator to be delisted from the London Stock Exchange on Monday.
The UK High Court of Justice made an order Wednesday to sanction the scheme of arrangement regarding Betsson's £26.4m cash offer to acquire NetPlay.
