Full Tilt End User Agreement fraudulent, claims suit

Washington DC law firm Cozen O’Conor, which represents Full Tilt Poker, is among 27 individuals and corporate entities named as defendants in a class action law suit filed last week in California District Court by former Full Tilt Poker customers who allege, among other things, that the site had no legal authority to charge players a rake or deduct tournament fees.
