People under the age of 21 will be prohibited from using any electronic gaming terminal or other electronic device in a satellite facility to bet on historical horse racing under a bill approved by lawmakers in Virginia.
The proposal amends the Code of Virginia to raise the minimum age for wagering on historical horse races via electronic gaming terminals or other devices at a satellite facility from 18 to 21 years of age.
