UK operators have been warned by the country's gaming and advertising regulators to amend or remove any advertisements from their sites for games likely to appeal to minors.

In response to recent allegations in the UK press, the Gambling Commission-licensed companies have been told to remove ads that were likely to appeal to those younger than 18 years old.

This includes any ads for free-play and real-money games, and includes all graphics and images featured on third-party media, such as affiliate sites.
