The Penrith Panthers, the Australian National Rugby League (NRL) team, has become the first sports team in Australia to name its stadium after an online gaming operator, following the signing of a naming rights sponsorship deal with Centrebet International Limited.
Formerly known as CUA Stadium Penrith after a deal with Credit Union Australia, the 22,500 capacity stadium will now be known as Centrebet Stadium Penrith, and extends the existing sponsorship the club holds with Centrebet.
