Greek privatisation agency the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has completed the concession process to grant a 20 year exclusive right to operate horse race mutual betting to Horse Races S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of OPAP Investments.
The 20 year concession, valued at €40.5m, comes into force on December 10th, with HRADF confirming receipt of the first 20 per cent of the concession price, with a further 30 per cent due in two weeks.
