British bookmaker Betfred has announced its maiden sports betting partnership in the United States with Iowa’s Elite Casino Resorts.
Betfred USA has entered into a technology and operations agreement with Elite, which currently owns three casino resorts across Iowa; Riverside Casino and Golf Resort in Riverside, Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort Larchwood, and Rhythm City Casino Resort in Davenport.
Betfred will provide Elite Casino Resort on-premise, online and mobile betting options, alongside a full suite of managed products and services. [...]
