Online bingo operator Bingo.com has completed the acquisition of the remaining domain name purchase payments which it owed to Bingo Inc., taking full control of the Bingo.com domain against a final payment valued at $0.9m.
Bingo.com had entered into an agreement with Bingo Inc. in 1999 to acquire the domain against an initial cash payment of $0.2m, 500,000 Bingo.com shares and 4 per cent of the company's annual gross revenues for 99 years until December 2098.
