New York-listed Churchill Downs Incorporated (CDI) has launched its BetAmerica online sportsbook in Pennsylvania.
The soft launch is part of the regulatory process set out by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB), which allows the site to function as normal but with limited hours of operation during the first week.
