Zynga has announced the appointment of former Best Buy finance executive David Lee as its new chief financial officer and chief accounting officer, replacing incumbent Mark Vranesh who will step down on Monday April 14th.
Lee (pictured) will assume responsibility for Zynga's accounting, corporate finance and investor relations, and will report directly to chief executive Don Mattrick.
