The UK’s Culture Secretary John Whittingdale has appointed five new commissioners to the Gambling Commission Board with immediate effect.
Sarika Patel, John Baillie and Catharine Seddon have joined the commission for a five year period, while Simone Pennie and Stephen Cohen have been appointed for four years.
They were appointed by the Secretary of State for Culture Media and Sport following a competitive appointments process.
