Acroud appoints Andrzej Mieszkowicz as new finance chief

Stockholm-listed betting and gaming affiliate Acroud has appointed Andrzej Mieszkowicz as chief financial officer.

Mieszkowicz will join the group management team when he assumes his new role on 1 November, succeeding Tricia Vella, who announced earlier this month that she will step down at the end of this year.

Mieszkowicz joins Acroud from Lady Luck Games, where he was group CFO for the past year. Prior to that, he worked for The Mill Adventure as finance director and was a financial controller of Cherry Spelglädje.

“I am very happy that Andrzej has accepted our offer to become our permanent CFO, bringing solid experience to an already competent team,” said Acroud CEO Robert Andersson.

Shares in Acroud AB (STO:ACROUD) were unchanged at SEK1.45 per share in Stockholm Wednesday morning.
