Fast Track to deploy CRM solution for Hero Gaming

Malta-based iGaming software provider Fast Track has signed a deal to provide its customer relationship management (CRM) solution to operator Hero Gaming.

Hero Gaming gains access to the real-time player engagement platform to centralise all aspects of player communication and rewards across its brands, beginning with the newly launched BOOM Casino.

“We can see the value FT CRM will add in streamlining the execution process for our CRM team and allowing them to focus on creative campaigns rather than manual processes,” said Hero Gaming founder Georg Westin. “Our brands are known for creative player engagement and FT CRM will allow us to achieve even more without needing additional resources.”
