Canadian lottery supplier Pollard Banknote has been selected as the new primary supplier of scratcher ticket printing and services for the Virginia Lottery, while the company has also revealed that it recently signed a deal to continue providing its services to Canadian provincial lottery operator Loto‐Québec.
