Colorado’s House of Representatives has passed a bill which prohibits the Colorado Lottery Commission from allowing the sale of lottery tickets online and via other electronic devices.
Sponsored by Representative Brian DelGrosso, bill HB1142 prohibits the Colorado Lottery from allowing the sale of lottery tickets, including instant scratch tickets, by any means other than in person at a licensed lottery sales agent's physical place of business.
