Toronto-listed gaming supplier NYX Gaming Group said Tuesday that the company remains on track to achieve overall cost synergies of between CAD$7.0m and $9.0m over the next twelve months following the acquisition of the loss-making Amaya (Alberta) Inc, formerly Chartwell Technology and CryptoLogic.
The supplier also said that it has made progress integrating its casino games with the Full Tilt and PokerStars platforms, and that the restructuring of its poker business Ongame was continuing as planned.
