Monster Products Worldwide, a company active in music, entertainment and consumer electronics, has finalised a deal to acquire the online gaming assets of Universal Entertainment Group.
Universal's gaming software is currently licensed to the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma and its Isle of Man-licensed iGaming arm PokerTribe.com, which offers social games and is soon to launch real-money poker.
